On April 26, 2013, a UAP was tracked by a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) helicopter at the Puerto Rico Airport. The object was monitored over several minutes. At first, one might assume it was simply a balloon drifting through the sky, but the object exhibited some unusual behavior. Notably, it was seen entering the water, where it could be tracked for several seconds before resurfacing and then splitting into two similar objects. The video documenting this incident is quite intriguing and adds another interesting piece to the UAP puzzle. Here is the video that was released in 2014.
